Our team began by meticulously assessing every inch of the flooring surface area inside Terraces Bar & Grill before commencing any actual work. This allowed us to identify which boards were salvageable through sanding and which ones necessitated replacement owing to extensive damage.
We then proceeded with replacing those irreparable boards using wood types matching their original counterparts perfectly – ensuring seamless integration without disrupting overall visual continuity.
After successfully replacing damaged sections came our forte – floor sanding. Using top-grade professional lacquers from brands such as Bonakemi, Loba, Junkers, we sanded down all existing wood surfaces until they regained their former smoothness minus signs of age or usage-related damages.
Finally came sealing off freshly sanded surfaces using Blanchon gap filling resin followed by staining/varnishing them using Morrells professional wood stains alongside Osmo oils for added protection plus enhanced aesthetics respectively.
Result
Post-restoration results were nothing short of transformative! The once tired-looking wooden flooring now boasted renewed vitality thanks largely due hard-wearing commercial lacquer finish reflecting abundant natural light streaming into bar/restaurant premises thereby creating an airy atmosphere throughout space.
Not only did restored flooring enhance overall ambiance within establishment but also proved highly resilient against future wear given its durable finish capable of enduring high traffic volumes typical within such settings.
