1. Preparation: This initial stage involved thorough cleaning and removal of any existing finish or wax layer.
2. Sanding: Using state-of-the-art equipment, we gently sanded down each block’s surface, removing imperfections without damaging the wood.
3. Gap Filling: We filled any gaps between blocks using high-grade Blanchon gap filling resin for seamless continuity.
4. Finishing: Finally, we applied Bonakemi hard wax oil giving the boards a warm hue while providing long-lasting protection against everyday use.
Throughout this process, we ensured minimal disruption to our client’s daily routine by maintaining strict cleanliness standards and efficient workflow management.
